Jack appeared at my door last night after six months of no communication wearing a Mets jersey and holding a dozen red roses. He told me he was sorry, that he loved me, and that he would earn my trust again. It took everything in me to not fall apart at the mere sight of him. I wanted to take him back into my life, but I needed to know that this time it would be forever...

"Liked this one too"
I didn't read much of the print version so I can't compare.
I thought this was another good one. Not too much drama and I was thoroughly entertained. There were only one or two moments that had me rolling my eyes. I was disappointed in Cassie for the way she acted and her decision to run. She came off so strong throughout so this moment of weakness from her was a little disappointing. I thought everything wrapped up good so I’m curious as to what else their story has to offer.
"Love J.Sterling and Jack F*ing Carter!"

"Absolutely loved it! Please read it!"
Loved it, it made ma stay up all night to finish! All they went through, and how their love stayed constant was completely inspiring! ❤
"Much better narration than book 1"
This is a continuance from book one. Storyline is still good. What a way to fight for your love. The narrator did way better reading this time around. Much easier to listen to.
"Need male narrator"
I said this in my last review, while I love the storyline, the narrator is not good at doing male voices and the story is hard to follow when you can't figure out who is speaking or whose point of view it is in
The book is good but the narrator made a lot of their conversations sound sarcastic and childish. Cassie and jack traveled a lot of rough roads to get their HEA but I loved seeing them get there.
