Excellent . Highly recommended.
One of the best stories I have listened to and probably the best.
Rosie Clarke never disappoints.
The story is full of twists turns and surprises right to the very end. So hard to put this down.
An excellent performance by Penelope Freeman who did an amazing job portraying all the voices of the different characters.
I highly recommend this book.

I Did enjoy this book
What a good account of that period,
I loved Emily's spirit, good heart & loyalty.
A good, sometimes sad story, narrative good too, Uncle Derek's voice was so creepy.

Excellent listen
Great story, The narrator made this a very easy listen, No complicated plot to struggle through and sometimes that’s all you need. Thoroughly enjoyed this book from start to finish.
