I was happy with my life. Okay, it wasn't perfect, but I had a mom, dad, and brother that I loved, a best friend - with benefits - and a decent job that paid enough for me to take care of my responsibilities. Then, he walked in to my life, and everything changed.
When handsome billionaire Jal Lindstrom enters a high-end Philadelphia hair salon, he finds himself under the care of 21 year-old Allie Dodds, a sharp, intelligent woman who doesn't seem impressed by his wealth or position.
Intrigued, Jal expertly manipulates events to ensure they meet again, even though obligations to his family make things complicated. Complications, such as getting a ring on the finger of a Philadelphia socialite his mother wants him to marry.
Torn between their hearts and their families, Jal and Allie have more in common than they know, but a single secret can destroy everything before it's even begun.

I can't tell you how bad the narration is, monosyllabic which made me skip to the end . What a pity when there are so many great narrators out there.
Give this a miss.
Loved the story but the narration was poor. Would have enjoyed it more if someone else had read the book.
"The billionaires Mistress"
this was a good sires! I believe it was 5 book placed all together. It reads as one whole book, so i am not to sure on how many books it is total. I was to envoled in the story.
The story is great. I love the story line of I really am not in love with this person, I want to marry this person, but for some reason or anther I can’t.
This story has a ton of twists and turns. its not straight forward as you would think. it totally makes it interesting!
I would love to spell the plot line, I am not big on giving spoilers. but i will say it does seem that everyone is some how everyone is connected in this story. hold on tight, because things are about to get interesting!
I loved the character development! but ne thing i was not happy with was the Narrator. I found that odd, because she is the writer of the book! But sadly it was more like she was just reading the story. it was VERY hard to tell who was saying what. or what character was even talking. such a bummer. it is a good book, I am just not happy with the narration.
I was gratefully provided this audiobook at no charge by the author, publisher and/or narrator for an unbiased review via Audio Boo
"Great story, BAD reader"
The story kept my attention, but MS Park should kept to writing....NOT NARRATING. The narration made the story very hard to follow.
"Good story, mediocre narration"
My biggest disappointment is the last book of the series jumps around way too much. You'll finish chapter five and then it goes back to chapter four. Then you finish chapter six and it goes back to chapter five and does this at least four times so you're totally lost. I still don't know if I got the whole story. Honestly, I feel like I should get my money back on this one. Plus, the ending was VERY hurried. It takes four books for them to get together then there's a big scandal that ends very quickly then boom they're living happily ever after. Very disappointing.
Her brother! He seemed like such a sweet kid. I wish it would have involved him more.
The narration really threw me off several times. It was very monotone and unless you pay very close attention you forget whose point of view it is from at the moment because everyone sounds exactly alike. The exclamations are just monotone and dull with no real excitement behind them.
Her half-sister who is a lesbian. That was pointless to me.
Needs a different narrator with Ally and Jal being read by two different people.
This story was great. The chapters had some glitches in them and I would have liked it better if the female could have lowered her voice to do the men's parts. Worth listening to.
