She's been a good girl too long - now she's ready to be bad. And on the back of a Harley is the best way to get there.
Elizabeth Williams, a single, small-town librarian, knows she doesn't belong in the notorious biker bar, Perdition. Especially not alone, in a frilly pink bridesmaid dress. But after watching her best friend marry her ex-boyfriend, she's ready to drink her cares away. And break out of the good girl mold she's been stuck in most of her life.
Ryker, a member of the Four Horsemen MC, can't take his eyes off the gorgeous, curvy redhead at his club's bar. He suddenly has a taste for pink and he's going to get him some. Just for one night, of course, because Ryker doesn't do relationships. Ever.
One night turns into more - until a wild party and a pair of naked blondes get in the way. Now she's ready to run, and his pride demands he let her go. But when Elizabeth's ex begins to stalk her, Ryker realizes he'll do anything to keep her safe. Can a rough, tough biker hang onto both his pride and his woman?

"Enjoyable Story but a little far fetched!"
This book was ok. Not bad but not anything that stands out. I think if there had been a little more build up in the beginning I would have enjoyed it more. I don't like insta-love because I just can't feel the love between the characters. Besides that I enjoyed the storyline and the sex for sure. I didn't love Elizabeth, she felt like a contradictions throughout the entire book. I think you can either be kind of innocent and reserved or you aren't, acting like you are 1 minute and then doing sexual things you've never done with a guy you know about 2 days just doesn't fit that personality. If we were talking about regular sex things yes, I can see that happening but somethings a shy reserved girl just doesn't do with some one she doesn't even know. But that is just my thoughts. I will be continuing on with the series because I think it has potential to be great.
The narration was awesome! I love these 2 narrators and they are the reason I bought this series to try.
"Sweet Perdition: Four Horsemen MC, Book 1"
the narrators were AWESOME making this story come alive
to me they are all unique soI can on;y say ths book is so good
they always live the parts if it is the accents or emotion or both , Reading just doesnot convey the story like listening to them in audio
when they were at the fair , Stryker finally got a taste of his own medicine
this author did a great job with this book, you see how they come together 2 worlds collide, and Kai Kennicott , Wen Ross were the perfect ones to bring the book to life
Seriously one of the best mc books I have ever experienced especially when Kai and wen are narrating. I absolutely loved it when Ryker finally beat the shit out of Carl the stupid ass.
Loved it. I listened to it on Audible and really enjoyed it! I'll be reading some other books by Cynthia Rayne.
When Ryker realizes his feelings for Elizabeth after a scare
Elizabeth was my favorite character she was sweet and sassy and stood up to the Alpha male. Kai nailed this performance
Great start to the serious can only see it getting steamier.
this book had the right amount of everything. it was sexy, funny and had a little bit of action. Ryker was supper sexy and hot . it was especially nice to have the main female lead not be some pathetic girl who has never had a boyfriend and thinks poorly if her self. she was smart, didn't take any crap and she wasn't afraid of sex. definitely an enjoyable read!
I really enjoyed Kai and Wen's performance in this book! They really, not only did a great job with the southern accents, but they also really performed the parts. I wasn't a Riker fan. But, the performance by the narrators was really well done.
"My Two Pennies"
I have heard so much about The Four Horsemen and could not wait to share in the excitement. Were introduced to Elizabeth & Ryker right away at the MC's bar. Elizabeth was drowning her sorrows after being part of her best friends wedding, her best friend that is now officially married to her ex-boyfriend. Ryker notices her right away and gives her the nick name "pinky" due to the lovely color party dress. Pinky is not your average MC bar girl, once Ryker realizes this his interest is perked even more. I loved seeing how the connection grew and developed between both of them, there was uncharted territory for both in different ways but they pushed through to see where it lead. We're given sexiness and even a bit of suspense in their story. I loved it and cannot wait to dive into book 2 next. This is my voluntary and unbiased review.
Heck yes!! Librarian good girl meets bad boy Biker! Now that dynamic will blow your socks away!!!
there are some rather interesting scenes, which are on a scorching level.
They seemed to flow well the storyline. Perfect sound quality.
Yes it was
I have listened and returned so many stupid mc books. I really enjoyed this one. A little short but definitely a good one
