"Wish It Wasn't The Last Sin"
Revenge, suspense and passion rule this world. The author has created an unlikely love story that, despite the violent world of the Scottish mob, comes to life with possibilities. The conclusion is so perfect for the couple, so real and yet charming, it left me smiling.
Again, NOT a fan of Antony's narration for female voice.
I enjoyed how the Sin Trilogy saga wrapped up. Performance was better, but slightly monoton-ish. Not enough passion that matches the story. There are some loose strings, but I feel that those gaps will fill with the continuations novel. The mysterious Fellowship organization give this story and interesting appeal, Mafia-like, very deliciously erotic, entertaining story of the fight and sacrifices of true love.
"5 bright stars"
I absolutely loved this series. I'm having a major book hangover right now and finding it hard to put into words how I feel besides.. I want more.
the 2 narrators are phenomenal! They truly bring this book to life in your head! I definitely recommend putting this series in your TBR/TLT list ASAP.
"Book 3 of the Series!"
This entire series is EXCELLENT!!!! You will so want to listen to it. Lots of sex (which I love). Very well written.
"I just don't get it."
The entire series was read like a text book. Even the sex and emotion came off weird and detached. There were descriptions were you didn't need them and not enough where you did. There is also an added part of the storyline that was absolutely unnecessary about the widow & baby when the author could have closed the loop on other things that just got dropped like they were never there: the sister, Jamie, Lief, Lorna, Are his Mom & Dad back together? And there were so many things that didn't make sense. And it was read with rarely any inflection unless they were having an orgasm, which they did out loud. Strangest audio ever!! And I've read & listen to 100s.
There were some loose ends that should of been tied up with supporting characters but other than that it was good.
That's a really good book. The trilogy is very good. If you like fifty shades of gray you love these book.
I could not put it down till I read all three of the books back to back
What a great trilogy! And the narration was amazing. The Scottish accent was so sexy!
Narration - Jennifer Mack, Antony Ferguson - OK
I read the first two and listened to this one. I was so excited to hear a good Scottish Sinclair - but, I think I got a British Sinclair. Jennifer actually did a better Scotsman. It sort of busted the illusion in my head of what Sin would sound like, but it was all still OK and I have all three in audio, so I'm certain I'll listen to all three my next time through this series.
I'm experiencing a huge book hangover right now.
Like...Georgia, write me another one RIGHT NOW!
I want Ellie and Jamie's story, I want Leith and Lorna's story. I want more time with Sin, Bleu and the wee ones. I just want MORE!
Oh, and Amanda's killer? Yeah, I thought I had that pegged early on in book one. I SO did not have it right!
Oh, and Sinclair Breckenridge? I might be in love with him...just a little. *sighs*
