Moving in with my half-brother Xander, I had no idea what to expect. But nothing could have prepared me for this. My brother's friends are wild, protective, secretive, always around. And drop dead gorgeous. Out of all of them, there's something about Reid Knox. Brooding, temperamental, guarded... And I want him more than anything I have ever wanted in my life.

"Not worth it if you are over 30"
Very good naration.
Seriously! Fight, fuss. A romance for kids. Would not recommend.
This is an ok romance if you are 20-30. After 30, I hope you have grown up enough.
"Nothing but drama"
Even though I read reviews saying the listeners didn't like all the drama I really enjoyed it. It was over the top every time but I found it humorous!
The most interesting aspect was probably the situation with Mia and how she tried to trick Reed into a relationship. The least interesting was Jade and her situation.
When Reed and Summer first got together.
I felt like I had whiplash most of the time listening to this book. Reed would say "We can never be together" and a page later would say "I can't live without you!" He would scare away all the men interested in Summer because she was "his" and then when she questioned him about a girl he was with he said "It's none of your business - you don't own me!"! That got old pretty quickly but luckily he came to his senses early enough that I didn't have to make a doctor's appointment!
"Bad to the Bone!"
What an awesome beginning to a cool series....
Reid, the bad to the bone twin, was an awesome character. I also love how Summer meets her brother, Xander, for the first time picking him up from jail...lol funny. This book definitely ticked all the boxes.... hot alpha male, smexy time, intrigue from all the secrets... drama from exs', crazy baby mama...***SPOILER*** but not!! It was great!! On to book 2..!!
Narration was pretty good. I have always like this narrators male voices... not sure if the name is the same but I have heard her by another name I am sure...
Great credit or sale book... maybe not a buy unless you get it with the whispersync deal...
"Good starter to this series"
Good read, not as much action adventure/erotica as I prefer but I will listen to the series cuz the are that good and the Narrator is great doing both points of view. Sassy women are really what makes this book.
Personally I liked the drama in " Maybe This Time". Sometimes though the drama was a little over the top.
My favorite character is Summer she just seems like a bad ass.
Hot and Steamy! They argue a lot which can be a little frustrating. But, overall a good book.
"Seemed like the story jumped around to much...."
Narrator was good, some funny parts, but would have liked the story to be more fleshed out...
"Worth a listen but didn't LOVE"
I will start by saying that this was worth the listen. It was entertaining, sexy, made me feel emotions... It was just RUSHED. I wanted time to develop a connection to the characters and all of this drama occurring. I don't feel like it was too much drama, as others have written, I just feel like it was too much in too short of a time.
Eva Kaminsky is a fantastic narrator. I'm excited to move onto book 2 and see if a higher word count can make me fall in love with the series.
