Lila's assignment was simple... fly to Wyoming, spend two days interviewing the cowboy owner of Triple W Ranch and fly back home to New York City to write the magazine article. What she wasn't expecting was the immediate sexual attraction and undeniable chemistry with rancher, Jace Millet.
Jace Millet was used to living alone on a big ranch in the middle of Wyoming with only a few workhands to keep him company. When the gorgeous Lila arrived to interview him, his thoughts quickly turned to how he could possibly persuade her to stay forever...

It was ok.... I personally like Dez Burke and her alpha men better... but Laramie was awesome as usually with these sort of romance books.... I even liked her cowboy country accent...
This is a credit for Laramie narration alone... story is eh... could use some work... but I was entertained....
"Short, but very sweet love story!"
Jace and Lila were nothing short of adorable! When Jace asked Lila if he could court her my heart melted! I love my alpha males, but I'm glad I gave this sweet and sexy cowboy a ride. He was definitely worth it. I really enjoyed Piper Laramie's narration. She easily brings this lovely story to life.
"Great Love Story..."
Yes, hearing the story only adds to my appreciation of Jace and Lila's story.
The flow of the story kept me intrigued with wanting to know what would happen next.
I felt like was actually in the story itself.
I could have listened in one setting, but I think I appreciated it more by breaking it down to more sessions.
I hope that Tali has a sequel in mind. I would to read more about Jace and Lila as well as see where the storyline goes with Mia, Lila's suster.
"Very hard to sit through"
Better story, build-up between the characters, information on the characters, embellished too much on the accomplishments of the female character.
No, just this author.
The sound of her voice for the character. I felt it detracted from the characters, because I was trying hard to picture the characters with her voice.
"Sweet love story"
Narrator needs to work on changing her voice to reflect male and female voices better.
Story a bit unrealistic but if you don't think about that part and just want a sweet escape it does the trick.
The story is well written and engagingly romantic with just enough hot sex to keep it cleanly dirty (Lol). If you re looking for a good BWWM romance novel, this is a must read!
"What a sweet story"
This is a sweet fantasy, short story, well written and narrated! I look forward to reading or listening to more of Tali and Pepper's works
I wish they wouldn't advertise books like this as ROMANCE. I felt that this was more of an erotic novel and if that's what I wanted that's what I would have searched for.
in the middle
when he called the pilot back
at the cabin when they got caught in the storm
I'm a black cowgirl, so I thoroughly enjoyed the build up of the story line about the white hot cowboy.
"Heart Of a Cowboy"
That you get so much out of this book I just read the book with the audio. And I got to tell you. I couldn't get enough of it.
Have, because he was a woot to read and listen to. I love Jace. I want my own Cowboy.
Jace, because she was on point with him and I like Pepper Larmie she was a good narrator.
Far away from home. Lol or Her Own Cowboy.
