Fixed on You is the first book in a trilogy but ends without a cliffhanger. Due to mature material, it is recommended for ages 17+.

With her MBA newly in hand, she has her future figured out - move up at the nightclub she works at and stay away from any guy who might trigger her obsessive love disorder. A perfect plan. But what Alayna didn't figure on is Hudson Pierce, the new owner of the nightclub. He's smart, rich, and gorgeous - the kind of guy Alayna knows to stay away from if she wants to keep her past tendencies in check. Except, Hudson's fixed his sights on her. He wants her in his bed and makes no secret of it. Avoiding him isn't an option after he offers a business proposition she can't turn down and she's drawn further into his universe, unable to resist his gravitational pull.

rich and sexy
loved this first instalment. the best bit is how they have both had destructive pasts and how they find a softness between the lines. I cannot wait to get the rest of the books in this series

Great storyline, characters and plenty of HEAT!
Alayna and Hudson have dark pasts that they both try to hide from each other. Alayna an obsessive love addict, needs to steer clear of Hudson, exactly the kind of man that could trigger her obsession but Hudson has other ideas. He wants her and what he wants, he gets.
I love that both the main characters are beautifully flawed. They are both trying to keep their pasts in the past but are so drawn to each other they can’t help but begin to fall. This book is chocked full of emotions. Hudson appears to be such a jerk but underneath it all he really does have the ability to care and cares deeply for Alayna. The book is set around a trendy new nightclub that Alayna works at and Hudson is the new owner of. It is full of life and vibrancy. There are more than a few heated moments between these two, in fact I was definitely fanning myself from time to time.
Carly Robins does a great job of giving us the paranoid Alayna. We really get a sense of what it’s like living with an obsessive disorder. She has a great range of emotions and voices in her performance. I really enjoyed this audiobook and have gone straight onto the next in the series.
Once again Laurelin doesn’t disappoint on any front. There is a great storyline, characters you want to get to know and champion, whose traits develop over the course of the book and heat that will melt your ear buds out of your ears or your screens right in front of your very eyes!!! This is book 1 in the trilogy but it doesn’t end in a cliffhanger. Although all 3 books are out so binge away baby!

First audible
this is the first time I have listened to an audible book and I binged the story. the narration was not bad either so I was able to keep up. I really enjoyed it

Hudson and Alayna... WOW
I really love Alayna she has to be my favourite fictional character.. yes she can be so fixated on herself sometimes and she cries a bit more than I would like (not as much as Anastasia 50 Shades :O that was just shocking!) but you really do start liking her more and more as the story goes on.
Where do I begin with Hudson...Huds?? Boy O boy did I feel like slapping him (I get way to involved with fictional characters *_*) but you start to understand him and yes you will, like me, want to slap and shout at him but he's such a good character... He's deliciously dominant but marshmellowy on the inside!!
LOVED the booked... LOVED the characters! <3
