"Love This Series"
I love this series and the characters. Both Tara and Jackson have a past to overcome and personal issues to resolve. I love how Tara campaigns for Jackson to become a part of the Kincaid clan.
Jackson and Tara are damaged but hopeful characters with a great compacity to love.
I was really skeptical about the surprise twin brother twist thinking this guy would just be a carbon copy of Clay from the first book. As side from the looks and the dirty talking, he's completely different. I really enjoyed this story. I also liked seeing that the rest of the characters from the series come back and develop stronger relationships together. All the brothers seemed to have found peace with their respective partners. Tara wasn't really a dynamic character in the other books but I'm happy to have gotten to know her. She also had an interesting back story; it was a pleasant surprise. I liked that her relationship with Jackson developed while he simultaneously got close to the Kincaids. They have a very positive and loving relationship. It's nice to read about mutually beneficial and healthy adult relationships.
I would recommend this series as a whole.
No complaints about Sophie's performance.
"Jackson and Tara's Story"
Wow, another great story by Erika & Carly!
Jackson and Tara both come from flawed backgrounds, and sparks fly when they meet. Get the fire extinguisher, cause this is one hot story! And, who knew that Clay had an identical twin brother anyway? Y'all are gonna love this story 😍
"Sinning is oh"
tara is the bartender of Kincaid's and Jackson is the twin brother of Clay (which no one knew about). Jackson came to Kincaid's looking to meet his brother especially his twin, after he finds out about them, and has to tell the Kincaid brothers who he is. Tara meets him and there is a lot of chemistry. After Jackson tells the Kincaid brothers his story can will they get to know him.
Tara also wants Clay to give Jackson a chance because she wants to get to know him. But she also realizes that maybe her past may come back to haunt her. Can Jackson and Tara work through their past.
Carly Phillips and Erika Wilde have again wrote another wonderful story that keeps you interested Andy you never want to put it down. This was the fourth book in the series, a standalone but you can also read the other three before.
Sophie Eastlake is a great narrator and keeps you listening so you don't want to put it down.
