Catherine Davenport Carlton needs a break. After dedicating her life to her political-minded family, shocking scandals from the past have shaken her to her core. Summer in the quiet town of Dyersport, Maine, is just what she needs, especially with a super-hot neighbor right next door...who's none other than Brody Hollister, the boy she fell in love with as a teen. Cat wants nothing more than to pick up right where they left off 18 years ago, but she's still haunted by a terrible secret that could devastate Brody.
Brody Hollister spent years pining over Cat Davenport. They met young and loved passionately - until she disappeared from his life. Now she's back, as spirited and beautiful as ever. But while Brody is determined to help Cat free herself from her family's drama, his own family may be hiding something that could ruin their rekindled romance for good.
In book two of the Davenports romance series, sex and politics collide...with passionate results.

"great all around"
Natalie Ross seems to be the narrator for this author. She does a great job and keeps you interested. The book keeps you guessing and uncovering secrets. I loved the surprises. I loved discovering Cat and Brody's rekindled love.
""Good Use of Binoculars""
yes as our hero is sexy and dreamy and our heroine gets it done. This is the continuation of Caught on Camera series/family. Yum! This author knows how to write a good romance. These are NOT the FSOG type sex filled stories. Sexy, yes with a good light back story mystery.
Our hero Brody, as he always knew what he wanted and he was true to himself no matter what!
Note Use the new 1.25x speed to get the full impact of this author.
Ms Ross has one of the best dreamy male voices.
See Linda Howards' After The Night and Shades of Twilight as they are her all time best romances.
I hope author continues this family saga on Audible.
Another Excellent story by Kim Law. Aside from Caught on Camera (which was good, just not as great to me), I have ABSOLUTELY LOVED all of Kim Law's books and this one is certainly no exception. She has a way of creating the most perfect endings. The only thing bad about them is that they have to end. I finished this one earlier today and when I got home tonight, I was anxious to read more about these characters. Then, I recalled I'd finished the book and was disappointed. I've now read everything she has available on Kindle and I REALLY think she's wonderful! I can't wait for her next book!
"Narrator Natalie Ross makes this book even better"
Good flow well written always a good feeling.....Love the writing of Kim Law
Also great narrator
loved it and great narrator. It was funny and had a great plot. would definitely recommend
"Great story that is so true of politics today"
The intertwining of politics makes this interesting. Who leaks what and who did what keeps your interest.
"Just can't stand it!!"
I think I had never ever gave up finishing a book, but unfortunately this one is not for me...
The drama is too boring, the h is weak and the H is worst.
Not well written and the story dragged and was empty of emotion. Will have to return this book, not worth the money.
Very entertaining Keep me interested. Wish there was more of these books. Both books were great
