Very predictable in that they they got married he was a ranch owner had plenty of men to run the ranch.
The little girls were friends from the start. The mail harder bride got shot by someone she thought of as a brother.
Her husband realised how much he loved her. Shot the other one she had a son and lived happy ever after
I really wanted to like this book, I like the premise, it could have been a great light read/listen. However the writing is horrible, truly horrible, it was awkward. I wasn't able to finish the book.
This romantic western mail-order bride story has some really interesting twists & turns. It holds your interest very well throughout the entire book.
I won't give away any secrets to spoil your own imaginings. You will have to read or hear it for yourself. I'm siure you will enjoy this wonderful book.
I enjoyed listening to Capital Bride. The plot is great and I loved the characters. The little girls are adorable. The narrator did a credible job, for the most part, though, at times, she was a bit over dramatic. Happy reading!
