Sometimes you meet the right person at the wrong time...
Mark Williams has loved Meredith since he was seventeen. A successful man with a strong family, he's worked hard to move on from Meredith breaking his heart all those years ago. When his path crosses with the only woman he's ever loved again years later, Mark knows there is nothing he won't do to keep her in his life. But when the going gets tough, will Meredith stick around or will he lose her again?
But true love has a way of finding its way back.
Meredith Summers is a dancer. One of the first things she learned in following her dreams is that timing is everything. She has spent the past ten years following her dream touring with mega-stars while trying to forget the high school sweetheart she left behind. Now she's back in Seattle, running a successful dance studio with her best friend Jax and determined to move on from her gypsy past. Until the day she sees Mark Williams and time stands still. It's as if no time has passed at all when Meredith finds herself in Mark's arms again. The chemistry, the bonds and the love are as strong as ever and hearing Mark whisper breathe with me in her ear is a balm to her wounded soul. But will she grab onto this second chance at love, or is the timing all wrong for them again?

"With Me in Seattle Series"
Great story, happy, sad, laughing. Good Characters. Continuing story of family members from previous 6 books of the series.
The love between Mark & Merridth and their sexy love story.
I really enjoyed "JAX". They were great with all the other characters too. A pleasure to listen to.
It was very moving when Merridth remembers what happened when she was 13 and she lost her father and sister.
All books in this series were fantastic. I am so glad I found this series to read. After Come Away With Me, the first book, I was hooked. All the characters were so good in all the books.
"Female narrator does terrible male voice for lead"
The overall story is excellent, with passion and charm. The male narrator is also quite good. However, the female narrator has a terrible voice for the male character that reminds me of a grown up Spridle from the old Speed Racer cartoon. It ruined what would otherwise be quite passionate love making scenes, at least for me.
"Didn't like Jennifer Mack very much"
The story is Ok, but Jennifer's attempt at male voices is awful. Eric Michael summerer's female voices were much better
"Great Romantic Love Story"
Mark was heartbroken when his high school sweetheart Meredith broke up with him to fulfill her dream of being a dancer. They meet again 10 years later and re-kindle their romance.
I started this series a few months ago and have enjoyed the characters in each of the books.
This was a truly heart warming story. It had me crying and laughing the whole way through.
Kristen has done a wonderful job with this series and did a spectacular job with this book. The narration by Jennifer Mack was also terrific ~ I don't know how she got through Chapter 20!
If you are a romantic, you will enjoy this audiobook!
"Another one of the Seattle Series....."
Don't get me wrong, but I fell in love with Leo so, yes maybe I would listen to Breathe with Me again but I definitely have listened to Rock with me a gazillion times so far.......
Hearing Mark whisper 'breathe with me' in her ear...
I love Eric Michael Summerer his voice is magnificent, and Jennifer Mack is perfect too!
Breathe with Me of course!
Thank you very much Kristen Proby for all the Seattle books, and thanks Jennifer Mack and Eric Michael Summerer for your lovely voices that gave life to all those books we fell in love with.
"Love the series"
I've loved this series, including this book. And the narrator is excellent, except for the pinched munchkin-like voice she developed for our hero, Mark.
I love the characters of With Me In Seattle. Mark had great potential as did the beginning of the book, but the story deteriorated more and more as I got further into it. How could Mark realistically take Meredith back without so much as a backward glance after she shattered his heart 10 years prior? Its unrealistic. What I absolutely CANNOT STAND is Jennifer Mack's voice for Mark!!! She makes him sound like a fraggle or a chipmunk! In the beginning, I thought Jennifer had done it on purpose because the characters were such young lovers, but after the story picked back up 10 years later in that same nerve wracking voice, I had to ask for my first Audible refund. It thoroughly ruined his masculinity and I couldn't take one word from "his" mouth seriously!
This was my first audiobook from Kristen. I have the first 5 books in the series in paperback. I enjoyed those very much.
Eric Summerer was amazing. His strong male voice was perfect, and even the female voice he conveyed was totally acceptable. He should have been the only narrator for this book. I simply cannot tell you how terrible Jennifer's voice was for Mark.
Never finished the book. It was boring, unrealistic, and annoying. Jennifer's voice for Mark was the final nail in the coffin for me.
If you like this series, I recommend reading this one on your own. It will be much more enjoyable.
This one made me do an "ugly cry", as though I was literally living through every narrated sentence---super emotional but seriously good. I'm a sucker for childhood romances, and M&M's love story will make you melt and gush all over just like the rest of the books in this series. Totally worth a credit, start from the beginning and enjoy!
"Didn't make it to the end"
This story just didn't have enough to keep my attention. I ended up only listening about 1/2 way through. They were high school sweethearts, they broke up so she could go to NY and dance. They meet again at her mother's funeral and get back together. All this was done by the halfway point. I didn't see any reason to keep listening to see what would pull them apart and then back together again. I figured it would be a stupid misunderstanding. So maybe you don't go by my review since I didn't complete the book. I like Kristen Proby and enjoyed other books in the "With Me" series just not this one. Narration was just okay too but that may be the material they had to read.
"Good listening but..."
good listening but didn't like when character voices changed in the middle of the story.
