"Good Read Only"
Story good. Narrators awful. I actually stopped listening and just read. Do not waste money on the audible version.
"Love K.M. Scott"
I read the Club X books and loved them so I couldn't wait till the audible versions came out. the only negative in my opinion was the female narrator I didn't particularly like her voice.
I loved this book it was fantastic the narrative was amazing although the narrative people sounded old wich made young people sound like old people to
"Narrating is painful...."
The dialogoue is fairly weird. It's kind of too lame for its's raunchy genre at times, but with a touch of creepy old guy over the dialouge in combination with the male narrator that sound like an old uncle trying to "get in with the new 50 shades vibe". It kind of makes me blush, but in a bad way. Like that uncle (narrator) trying something to be young and hip but it is obviously not his wheel house at all. Creepy!
Really don't know how much it is the narrators that make it a total failure, or if the text is so lame it takes a special voice to make it work ( Sebastian York perhaps).
Sebastian York and almost anyone sounding younger and more modern.
Do not pay for this in any other way than a paperback.
would be much better with different narrators. didn't match the characters. kinda disappointed with it
