Someone was after her and it was my duty to stop them. Never cross the line. That had always been my rule. But that was before Race True. The moment I saw her, I wanted her. But there was a problem. She wasn't just another pretty face - no, she was my first client at ALFA PI. My take-what-I-want attitude shouldn't include her, but how the hell can I be expected to keep my hands off? The danger that followed her had my protective instincts in overdrive. And as the clock ticked down, the choice was laid out before me: save her career or risk everything and have her in my bed. Could I put aside my wants for her needs? Or would my selfishness destroy everything in the process? Warning: If you can't handle a dirty-mouthed bad boy or a tough woman with an attitude, this might not be the book for you.

"A little unexpected."
I really enjoyed the guy narrator. Wasn't too fond of the female at first, but she grew on me. I didn't expect the climax to be so intense...haha get it?...sorry, immature I know but I couldn't resist. Anyways, I was entertained and didn't expect the story to go where it did with Morgan and Race, but it went there and I was pleasantly satisfied.
Yes I would, I really love this series and the audiobooks are all fantastic
Both did a great job narrating, a really enjoyable audiobook
"Couldn't handle female narrator"
I love listening to Lee Samuels but the female narrator's voice ruined it for me. To me, she was too sultry & southern for the story. I think it might have been better to read the book. Lee Samuels gets a 5 for narration. Not worth my credit based on her narration.
This book is exciting and suspenseful!!! This is crazy I enjoyed listening to it. I listened straight through I couldn't put it down :)
I loved the book. There were several unexpected scenes throughout the book. Loved the meddling mother. Chelae Bliss has another hit. Really liked the continuation of the Gallo family, but in another series.
"yuk bad narration"
I could not get to the story because of the sound of Samara voice. I think she was trying for some kind of accent. Horrible. Will have to read the book to see if I like the story or not. going to return this one for sure.
