New York Times and USA Today best-selling author S.E. Smith brings another adventure filled with action, suspense, and a love worth fighting for.
Sometimes life begins after you die. At least it has for Lily O'Donnell. Lily O'Donnell had always wanted to find a love as beautiful as her parents had. When her father suspiciously dies in an accident and her mother is brutally raped and murdered, Lily has to fight for her life. When she is trapped by the man who murdered both her parents and threatens to do to her what he did to her mother, Lily feels she has only one choice to avoid a fate worse than death.
Reborn to help others, Lily reappears time after time to help families in need, only to die again once the families no longer need her. Things change when Maggie Cunnings finally has enough of her three nephews' attitudes. Wanting to go home to sunny Florida and leave the frigid winters of Wyoming behind, Maggie prays for a little help in teaching the Cunnings brothers how to live and love again. The Cunnings men aren't the easiest to get along with; they've gone through six housekeepers in as many months. When Maggie hires Lily to be their new housekeeper, sparks fly as the brothers and Lily learn that living and loving sometimes comes with no guarantees.
When a madman targets Lily, believing she has the knowledge to make him an immortal, the men have to come together as a family to help save the woman they love. Will they be able to save her and make her theirs, or will she once again be taken away?

Omg Lilly's cowboys, some hot sex but otherwise what total pants!! I LOVE a good cowboy romance but this was far from good. The characters and plot we're implausible, corny and irritating and the dialogue was frankly roadworthy at times.
Plus, it was so sentimental and sugary it made my teeth furry and I'm worried I may have pre-diabetes and am.now going to need to be medicated, !!
I kept waiting for a fairy godmother to show up or a conversation with God on a cloud.
It was like a dirty and extremely schmaltz version of highway to heaven.
If you like cheese you'll love it, me I'm proudly lactose intolerant and am off to scrub my ears with bleach!!
"Wow! Three Brothers - Three Lovers?"
Yes, it was different. Not sure I would listen to it again. A four-some is not my cup of tea. Although the story line was a great concept.
Oh I always will read her books. It just happened that I really don't care for 1 woman and 3 men relationships.
I think at the end when she came back and met the first brother at the barn.
No, it really didn't. The storyline was great - just not my cup of tea.
no i will not
not having the story line sound like a other's author" book
is was good
THE MEN WERE TOO NICE. IT WAS TOO PREDICTABLE.
i JUST WISH THERE WAS SOME HEART HURT. i KEPT FALLING ASLEEP DURING THE STORY. IT DID NOT STIMULATE ME.
"Awesome Story...Emotional, Intriguing and Romantic"
I held my breath, at the beginning. Then I waited in anticipation, from there it changed to naughty elation; and then to emotional distress and then to joyous satisfaction. What a story. I can't wait to read the next one. Loved this book and love the author.
"Wonderful in depth characters"
Ms. Smith just keeps giving wonderful characters and stories.. I know when I pickup a new book to read, or listen to, that if it's late in the day, I won't begetting much sleep. I literally laugh, sometimes cry, but always have a full heart. You cannot to wrong reading any of her books.
"Three could be fun"
It is hard to say if you would have more than one man at a time but Lily make it work. The story gives you hope that a foursome can work if you love each other.
"Great author with an amazing imagination"
This is the 3rd series that I have read/listened to. I am pleasantly surprised by S.E Smith's imagination. I have previously read her space tipe series and they are great but I like the fact that there is variety to the themes of work. I have been able to find something by this author for all my requirements so far. very well done!!
I love this author and this was one of her favorite book in print for me. That has been so much enhanced by the excellent narration by Samantha Cook! She brought the characters and story perfectly to life. A+
"And now for something completely different …"
First I liked the book. The menage was a little different for S.E. Smith though, most of her books are the usual mf pairing, and that difference will possibly put off some readers/listeners.
The story line concept though was quite enjoyable though.
"love it "
i love this book s.e smith writes great books you cant stop reading them then you want more
