From New York Times and USA Today bestselling author, Kendall Ryan, comes the third book in the Filthy Beautiful Lies series.
Pace Drake loves sex. He knows where get it, what to say, what to do, and he makes no apologies for satisfying his needs. But when he meets single mom, Kylie Sloan, he's enthralled by her, and begins to question his standard operating procedure. After all, there's no chase, no mystery when banging a woman in a nightclub bathroom. Kylie's depth and determination make the sloppy, drunken hookups that fill his weekends seem empty and shallow. She's the opposite of the desperate, clingy women he's used to. She doesn't want or need anyone to take care of her and that only makes him want to care for her more.
Kylie's trust in men has vanished. The last guy she was with played ding-dong-ditch-it with her uterus and left her with a baby to raise. Now her infant son is the only man she has time for, even if she misses sex and intimacy more than she'd ever admit. Opening her heart up to a younger man who's best known for no-strings-attached sex and his casual lifestyle is probably the worst idea she's ever had. But Pace wants to prove to her there are still a few good guys left, and watching the sweet way he interacts with her baby makes her want to try... but she can really trust that his days of hitting it and quitting it are in his past?
Filthy Beautiful Lust is the third book in the Filthy Beautiful Lies series, however it can be heard as a standalone novel (no cliffhanger). To understand the full growth and development of the characters, it is recommended that you begin with book 1, Filthy Beautiful Lies.

"Wonderful love story "
Just the right amount of erotica and romance. I'm waiting for #4 with a story about brother Collin. :)
"Another Beautiful Listen"
Another couple in another beautiful listen from Kendall Ryan. You can listen to this as a stand alone but I'd recommend starting at the beginning. Ryan has a way of developing characters that makes the story great. Add in the quality narration and this was a perfect listen.
I review for the Guilty Indulgence Review Site.
I'll admit this was my least favorite book in the series which was pretty disappointing since I'd loved the glimpses I'd gotten of Pace before reading his book. But when it got into the story, I just didn't feel the connection between Pace and Sophie. Part of that is because these are very short books, so there's not a lot of time to make that connection.
Sophie is the single mother who works for Pace's brother's charity organization...and that was a cool aspect of her character that was completely glossed over in this book. No, this book was really all about the sexual attraction between the couple and how Pace translates that to mean it's time for him to settle down.
Gah...I hate that this one didn't quite do it for me. There were sweet moments between Pace and Sophie's little boy. Some inexplicable moments with Sophie's ex (why was he here? his reappearance seemed more like a conflict ploy rather than a real character driven action...)
So, yeah, this one wasn't my favorite, but I've already started book #4 and it's already shaping up to be more what I expect. I'm liking it a lot so far.
For us single moms, this was a very cute story. Great book! I've enjoyed the Drakes' very much. I have to say I loved the fact that Kylie is not a size 2 and has real life decisions to make for Max and herself!
"Predictable, tragic and woefully bad. Don't buy."
People who like a predictable story line.
Make it more original and less predictable. You could tell exactly where this book was going from the start. It requires no imagination, my kid sister could have written this.
The end. Literally, the full stop at the end.
All of the above.
Do yourself a favour and don't buy this book.
"a sweet, light romance."
of the three kendall ryan 'filthy beautiful lies' books, this was my least favorite. i thought the characters were sweet and altho i kept thinking how this series was similar to On Dublin Street, i couldn't say it was AS good. it just has the same feel. friends who all get along, but in this case they're brothers and each book is about a different brother and how he's finding a partner.
they're ok. if you want to clean your house or talk to someone, you could still manage to follow the plot line because it's a super easy listen. -laurie eller, the kentucky bluegrass
This story was a good mix of real life struggle sand lustful fantasy. It draws you in with simple things that you can relate to them fills you with fantasies of what can happen. This series was very well done and I would like more of some of the characters left in the wings.
I loved the whole story the romance and lust that there was in this love story that ended with tem together as a family with there son max.
