I'm not convinced of the approach when relating it to me.
Maybe a sporting or science book.
I didn't find his tone as patronising as some narrators in this genre.
Not for me.
Once again, I listened to this book through curiosity. I may listen again if I am struggling the next time I need to take an exam but am not sure.
"Amazing beyond expectations"
The title is over simplifying the content. This book can revolutionize yoru whole life if you are ready (or sick and tired of being anxious) to apply it. It's techniques are simple, and yet can be added to or incorporated into any system of belief, including Christianity, to help one to take charge of old lies about ones worth, performance, and ability to stay in the present. And as stated, if all you need is help with text anxiety, it's like abc's... it's so simple, thorough, and quick to implement and see real lasting results, yet profound and brilliant.
