For former Marine sniper Dox, a long-range hit in Cambodia was supposed to be just business as usual. But when you find yourself mixed up with rogue intelligence operations, gorgeous bar girls, and the world's worst human-trafficking heart of darkness, business is anything but usual. And making it personal is the most dangerous business of all.

"Good Short Listen"
I love the Dox character so this was a nice deviation from the typical book in the Rain series. He can be ruthless when needed, but inside he has a soft heart.
"Barry did his usual good job of telling a story."
Dox was an excellent character in the John Rain series and this short story shows that he can stand out on his own as a main character.
"Eisler narrates a 'Dox' shortie"
A very short and thus inexpensive (don't spend a credit on it..I do mean short!) story of Dox, John Rains buddy and an experience in Cambodia.
Worth the bucks, I enjoy Eislers narration a lot.
"good book but short"
i really liked the book and was sad it was soooo short... i will read something rlse ftom this author because it was a good story line
I enjoyed this short, fast-paced read. The author reads it nicely in the story was fun.
I really enjoyed this short story. It was well written, well performed, and overall a very fun received.
"Good Short Listen"
This was my first Eisler book. I enjoyed the characters. His story drew me in quickly and kept me listening. I thought he did a great job with a short story. Enough so that I plan to try another novel by him.
"Nice short story"
Nice short story. Author did s great job reading it. Will now look at his books.
"Good short story"
Doesn't have the involvement of Eisler's novels because of its length, but still enjoyable. I only wish he could write more faster.
"A Real Killer"
This is the first thing I've read/listen to by Barry Eisler. It won't be the last. Not only does he write a good story he reads it well, too. My only regret is that the story had enough legs to go on further and explore the aftermath of the events described. Thanks, Barry.
