A cyberattack on an obscure US dam leaves thousands dead and the government wondering who attacked it, and why. When they realize it is just the tip of the iceberg - and that the safety of all of America is at stake - the president has no choice but to call in Luke Stone.
Head of an elite, disbanded FBI team, Luke does not want the job. But with new enemies - foreign and domestic - closing in on her from all sides, the president can only trust him. What follows is an action-packed international roller-coaster, as Luke learns that the terrorists are more sophisticated than anyone realizes, that the target is more extensive than anyone could image - and that there is very little time left to save America.
A political thriller with non-stop action, dramatic international settings, unexpected twists and heart-pounding suspense, Situation Room is book three in the Luke Stone series, an explosive new series that will leave you listening late into the night.

"too socially liberal"
never going to read another one of his books, non-stop hating of the country and always trying to be socially conscious.
"From the sublime to the ridiculous"
The narrator did what he could with the plot. Anyone who can read what sound like campy TV batman fight sounds ( KaPow) deserves credit. There were so many places where the reader/listener was expected to suspend belief in not only technical and political reality but also the mere passage of time that this would be better characterized as a fantasy novel.
"Excellent narrator, decent story"
Action scenes with Ed are fun. Who Hah
Pace of the action is fast and nonstop
I like Trudy. Too bad she was featured less in this book.
Ed makes me laugh
Don't believe the negative reviews. Yes this IS a work of fiction. But it is entertaining, thrilling and very well read by narrator.
I liked this book of the series, but missed the "team" characters & atmosphere of the previous actions.
I did get a bit annoyed by the narrator's mispronunciation of certain words: NUCLEAR 😜 being the most bothersome...otherwise he's a very good narrator.
T huh eye say Scott Brick is the best. KC is even better! Keep it up KC.
"Another Luke Stone "sit on the edge of your seat" thriller"
Fast moving and tense. Move over Mitch Rapp, there's a new hero in town, very exciting!
"Marvelous denoument for the series"
Tied the entire 3-book series to a satisfying conclusion.
When Luke dealt with the Koreans
On par with other performances
"Sleep function did not work"
I read chapter by chapter so it stops after each chapter. For this book, Audible would shift back to an earlier chapter rather than move ahead. This was quite frustrating for such a great book. It threw off the purpose flow of the narrative.
