Publisher's Summary

When faced with the tough choices necessary to preserve our nation's ideals, I say we choose freedom!

With those words, the new American patriots, The Loyal Nine, operating under the specter of their forefathers, undertook the impossible - defeating the tyranny which infected their own government.

From eight-time Amazon bestselling author Bobby Akart, Choose Freedom concludes The Boston Brahmin series as the battle to preserve America's freedoms expands across the nation.

But first, The Loyal Nine must resolve conflicts between themselves. An old friend arrives and takes up the fight as the insurgency movement of The Mechanics continues. The president is firmly entrenched in a "third term", and he uses his new allies, a globalist-sponsored Army in the form of the UN Peacekeeping forces to quash dissent.

For freedom-loving patriots, a martyr is remembered, a leader is born, and Americans come together under the battle cry -

Choose freedom!

    Story
"Another great listen, but seemed a little rushed"

Another great listen! My only complaint is that this book seems to tie up some story lines that could have morphed into their own book in the series. Being that I love this series so much, it was a touch disappointing that these stories got wrapped up in a quick explanation, instead of in their own story. But all in all a great listen and a great series!

    Story
    "It had potential"
This book wasn’t for you, but who do you think might enjoy it more?

Silly question, I would not recommend this story line.

What was most disappointing about Bobby Akart’s story?

I bought several of the books in this story line. They are cut short, and most of them have a bio section that is counted as part of the story, but is filler. How many times do you want to hear the bio of the author? Answer: once at most. A story of ultra rich people who have power and the ability to prepare any way they want, and yet they betray each other.

Did Joseph Morton do a good job differentiating all the characters? How?

A fair job with the voice, but by no means the best.

    Any additional comments?

I had hopes for this story line. The first book or 2 had some interesting points. Then it seemed each one after that got shorter with sections that repeat from the preview to the bio.

    Story
    "thrown together fast and sloppily"

    *Spoiler alert*
so a staunch patriot is going to go along with the shaddow government puppeteer??? come on

Bobby Akart threw this series together so fast he didnt stop to actually contemplate what he is writing. A staunch patriot suddenly agrees with the puppeteer who collapsed america and killed fellow Americans? these short stories are getting ridiculous and out of the fictitious believability..

    Story
    "Excellent Series!"

This series is somewhat timely and seems oddly relevant to the current political climate. With the way this book ends I am anxious to see if there will be a book 7, 8, and more. Thank you to the author for such a compelling story and to the narrator for conveying the story in a great way!

"6 Books that every American should read!!"

An amazing story told in amazing detail. These books chronicle the current plight of our great nation. The research behind the storyline is astonishing. Thank you Mr. Akart. You are a true Patriot.

    Story
    "slightly disappointed"

This final book in the series probably should have been made into two books to properly tie together all the storylines and flesh out details left out of this book. After five books of building up characters and storylines I felt this final book was hurried & abbreviated and lacked the depth of details given in the other books. Good, but not great.

Lastly, is it just me or does it bother anyone else that the fact that the Patriarch of the Boston Brahman effectively murdered millions of innocent Americans by causing the Grid Down crises and when the rest of the main characters find out... they're fine with it. Major story flaw! The decision to bring the grid down should've been a bad actor, not the Patriarch. That set up an unresolved hypocrisy weakening the nobleness of the main characters which could have been easily avoided. I was very disappointed.

    Story
    "Praying the fiction stays fiction"

This story is an amazing work of fiction that takes the listener through the first acts if rebuilding a broken United States. I PRAY this will never have to occur.

Story line: entrenching and (anxiety creating) engaging overarching story. dissapointed in secondary character development, but main characters are good. Rich in political idealism.

Research: extremely deep and thorough historically informative (if not teasing enough to warrant additional individual research)

Don't get me wrong, this story is great. one I could not put down. "I never learn from what I do well, only from my mistakes". I think this story could have been improved only a little by better development and a sense of loss or gain by the secondary characters further development.

(maybe a more in depth back story?)

regardless on my mindless meandering, this is a great read!!!

"What an amazing series! Do not put it off ..."

Please do Not pass go, don't collect $200.00, do not roll again! This book series is absolutely ridiculously amazing ! If you value State rights, the bill of rights, Americanism vs some weirdo from another country trying to tell you how to live then, true liberty...... then ' Choose Freedom!!'
