Summary

When successful biographer Rona Parish is asked to write the life story of a recently deceased best-selling author, she is intrigued - to say the least. After all, Theo Harvey led a very colourful life and died in mysterious circumstances. But Rona’s husband Max is wary, and with good reason....

reasonably good start to a series.

Any additional comments?

a bit slow at the beginning as the author describes places and main characters with their relationships to each other.
once rhona parish takes on the writing of deceased author theo harveys biography on the insistence of his widow the story becomes intriguing and kept me listening to the end.
Jacqueline tong performed the book well although a few of the voices were very similar.
I have got all the books in the series that are available on audible and am looking forward to listening to them.

Not unexpected

Mild. Just right for going to sleep. Having finished it, I can’t remember what it was all about, but did enjoy it at the time.
