Penguin presents the unabridged, downloadable audiobook edition of Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood, a new novelisation based on one of the biggest gaming-media franchises in the world, read by the actor Gunnar Cauthery. 'I will journey to the black heart of a corrupt Empire to root out my foes. But Rome wasn't built in a day and it won't be restored by a lone assassin. I am Ezio Auditore da Firenze. This is my brotherhood.'
Rome, once mighty, lies in ruins. The city swarms with suffering and degradation, her citizens living in the shadow of the ruthless Borgia family. Only one man can free the people from the Borgia tyranny - Ezio Auditore, the Master Assassin. Ezio's quest will test him to his limits. Cesare Borgia, a man more villainous and dangerous than his father the Pope, will not rest until he has conquered Italy. And in such treacherous times, conspiracy is everywhere, even within the ranks of the brotherhood itself....

The AC books are very by numbers translations of the game's missions which leads a very clear narrative journe if rather uncomplicated.
But they are good books to listen to as they are easy to follow and are engaging nonetheless. Gunnar's narration is a big draw
This aC book has more characters and the politics of the Assassin order is played out very nicely here
Infleciton, emotion and wit all combined to keep things flowing and keep you interested.
Not particularly, it is not that kind of book, it's a thriller/action book, driving more by plot than emotion
Having played the game I wanted to hear the book. And a good it was.
"Love the story"
The story is amazing and keeps you coming back for more.
The reading I find at a great pace and the character are distinctive.
