The twenty-first novel from New York Times bestselling author Eric Jerome Dickey, a steamy thriller set in tropical Barbados.
She is a woman of a thousand faces, an assassin who could be anyone, anywhere.
The Trinidad contract was supposed to be simple: To make a living man become a dead man. When the job goes bad under the watchful eye of a bank security camera, there is nowhere for agent MX-401, known as Reaper, to hide from the fearsome local warlords, the Laventille Killers.
Her employers, the Barbarians, send her to Barbados, the next island over, barely two hundred miles away, with the LK's in hot pursuit of the woman who took many of their own. With the scant protection of a dank safe house, no passport, and no access to funds, an island paradise becomes her prison.
While she trawls for low-profile assignments to keep her skills sharp and a few dollars in her pocket, Reaper discovers that family ties run deep, on both sides of the fight. Will the woman everyone wants, who has lived countless lives in the service of others, finally discover who she really is?
In A Wanted Woman, New York Times bestselling author Eric Jerome Dickey delivers an adrenaline-pumping rush of a listen.

"Gideon please come back!!!!"
No. I mean Iam a longtime fan of EJD, but this is not his best work. And the narrators (especially Zoe Bell) just killed the book for me.
No No No. Its not well written. Seems like an unfinished or rushed project. Now his other book about an assassin was just incredibly good. I mean all 3 were. But this is really mediocre.
Everthing about Zoe's. She couldn't change her voice much so it was hard to know who was talking. Dominic was not bad.
I wasted a credit! Im sorry to say it but its the truth.
"The Female Gideon!"
I thought that this was a great listen! I loved Reaper. I really enjoyed this book sense I had been craving more of Gideon. No he didn't make any special appearance in this book. However Reaper really put me in the mind of him. Reaper was a bad Chic!! I really hope there will be a part 2 to this book I want to know who the heck is behind that "Red Door"! I also want to see Reaper and her sister find their dad. Mr. Dickey could you be nice and allow Gideon to join forces with the female assassin????
"Love this book"
The story line was well developed, and the narrator was good, however I am an island girl and so I cringed at the pronunciation of some island words and slang phrases. But all in all this was a really good read and I can not wait for the next book.
"Wow... another flop...."
I am very disappointed where EJD is going with his books lately! I am a huge fan of his, but his last two books, "Decadence" and now "A Wanted Woman" makes me nervous about using my credits or buying another book by EJD! In this book, the Narrator, Zoe Bell voice is monotone and B-O-Y was I having a hard time listening to her voice! Since the narrator needed to become the voice of "Agent MX-401", I am not going to avoid other books she may have here that she narrated. It could be the character that she is playing? The story is VERY poor! It sounds like EJD did not write this, but a grade-school student did. Sorry, I must give this book one star. One minute she is talking as though she is in grade school and the next minute she is killing someone... At times I had to rewind to see "where did that come from....???"EJD, PLEASE bring back the Gideon Series!
This book was action packed from beginning to end. Love the twist along the way.
"Mr Dickey hits it out of the park again!"
I drive trucks on a 600-mile turn around every night Monday through Friday and nothing makes the night go better than listening to a Jerome Dickey book and once again I'm thoroughly satisfied could not stop listening even when I got home!
"A Wanted Woman"
This audio book was different, but exciting. It leavers wondering when is the sequel being published.
"Another EJD Great One"
Definitely a page turner! I haven't read a EJD book in about 8 year (smh at parenthood lol), so this was a great read. A must read! Reaper is the badass that every woman would secretly want to be. There were a few jaw droppers. This was my first time also purchasing an audio book, and the reader Zoe Bell really made the character come to life.
"This would make a Great movie!"
I haven't read an Eric Jerome Dickey book in years. This was a great break from the romance novels. I hope he writes a sequel.
"I wanted the sequel NOW!!!!"
This book was everything. I enjoyed every bit of it. If you are a Gideon fan then you will be in for a treat.
