"The customer is always right" or so anyone or has ever worked in any service industry is repeatedly told. In this series of books, I have set out prove that statement is completely untrue and in fact with customers like these then maybe the opposite could be said. As with the first book, these excerpts and comments are all true (as far as I am aware) and though some you may have heard before, I hope there are plenty that you haven't!

Some new, but much of this book has been circulating on email for some time. The narrator grates a little as he has quite a deep, resonant voice!
Well, I have not listened to or read the first book Ridiculous Customer Complaints (and Other Statements), Volume 1, however, after listening to this one, I intend to listen to the first one.
The story about the dog and its ears...
I loved the way that Phillip J. Mather narrated this comical and entertaining selection of statements, especially the one about the dog and its ears… but you’ll have to listen to the audiobook yourself to hear what I mean.
I read quite a lot of audiobooks, both fiction and non-fiction so it was quite nice to sit down and listen to this entertaining and humorous one. Living in France, where the customer is ALWAYS wrong, I found the section ‘The Customer is Always Right’ very entertaining, and I thoroughly enjoyed the other sections: courtroom, doctors comments, resume’s and cover letters, school excuse letters, church quotations, classified adverts, restaurants, news reports, signs, and miscellaneous, and last but not least English as a second language.
