Summary

Mock the Week regularly produces the sharpest and funniest comedy on TV. With Dara O Briain, Hugh Dennis, Frankie Boyle, and Andy Parsons, it's no surprise. Here is the material that didn't make it to our screens!

Their bad sense of humour

Just awful and crass. Comics that laugh at their own jokes are not funny. It’s a no from me

Yawn

Same as usual. Not funny and poor value for a credit. Words don’t feel needed.

Boring drivel

If you are the sort of person that applauds the use of the “f” word you will love this forced humour, obviously scripted with the insertion of canned laughter at the unfunny quips.

More investigation is required but

For me a severe insomniac it was a babies lullaby and sent me to sleep within an hour twice.

Don't waste you money/credit

Dreadful. I watch Mock the Week regularly and it's often very funny without being filthy, crude, obsessed with sex and genitals. I have to say, I think there is something seriously wrong with Frankie Boyle, he can only get laughs by shocking people, being disgusting, rude, crude and he's not intelligent enough to realise that his humour isn't clever... Or funny in my view. Dara does his usual terrible job of comparing.

ready to laugh

If you could sum up Mock the Week: Too Hot for TV 1 in three words, what would they be?

Very cheeky but can just imagine them sat saying it.

Which character – as performed by the narrators – was your favourite?

Actors own voices so not applicable but dara always a winner
