Summary
In this inspirational audiobook drawn from the hugely popular Twitter account, the Man Who Has It All helps men to nurture opinions of their own, make time to smile and choose between a career and a baby. From Frazzled to Fabulous includes words of wisdom on everything from how to spend your 'me time' and get a grip on guilt to dressing in your wow colours and speaking in the right tone of voice at work.
It's a must-have audiobook for frazzled dads and high-flying men who are struggling to stay hydrated and get to the bottom of the ironing pile. Oh, and it's for women who believe that men should be fully supported to have it all and, more importantly, do it all. Those women will love this audiobook.

Awful
The warped opinions of the author highlight everything wrong with society in Britain.
This book is written by a male who fears women. He recommends to never talk and if you are going to talk limit it to hair and light news articles.

Every man should listen to this!
Fabulous!
Every man should really listen to this. It is funny and insightful.
Hopefully some of it will sink in and the irony will not be lost.

Delicious Bites of Clarity
A witty and telling satire which uses an alternative reality where women are the "dominant" sex to highlight the real absurdity of the advice, maxims, expectations and unspoken rules vomited on women in our own reality on a daily basis.
As a reasonably astute woman I think I am aware of a lot the sexist nonsense in the world, be it overtly hostile, condescending or just unthinking, and indeed it's not that this stuff was exactly new to me. But listening to this I had sudden moments of clarity as I laughed out loud at the sheer stupidity of the advice and realised just how much crap I've either internalized or don't notice. Including the sometimes gibberish advice we give each other as women about how to get on in life, which while ostensibly being supportive, actually just accepts and reinforces a frankly ludicrous set of underlying ideas.
To appreciate this at its best I would suggest consuming it in say 5 minute chunks.
I cannot recommend it enough, especially for those other reviewers who managed to completely miss the point and bizarrely seem to think this is just a self-help book for men (in our reality).
Thank you, dearest author, for such a brilliant present!

Light a scented candle, eat 1 almond- and enjoy.
This is the funniest book I have ever read/listened to. It is a work of comic genius in which 'The Man Who Has It All' navigates the listener through the demands and pressures of being a working Dad, husband and total hottie. For every woman who has ever waded tbrough the patronising, obvious and (generally) unachievable advice dished out to us by magazine articles and books alike who aim to turn us into luminous, radiant versions of our most capable selves, (whilst somehow managing to undermine our confidence in virtually every area of our lives) this is for you. With it's brilliantly witty 'Real Men' quotes, 'talking points' and guides on everything from dressing for your face shape, keeping a gratitude journal and being fully accepting of non-gender specific terms like Chairwoman, this book has it all. Too many laugh out loud moments to begin to address but a special mention must be made for the chapter concentrating on male masturbation- I literally laughed until I cried.
Matthew Holness reads this as though he is unaware that it is a spoof, which is the perfect narration for this little gem of a book. He does a fantastic job and sounds so sincere that I can only presume that he must have been fully hydrated throughout; or maybe it was just the confidence of having used a testical mist- alas, we shall never know.
Absolutely wonderful stuff.

Very funny. And sharp.
An excellent satirical take on everyday sexism, feminism and self help waffle. It gently hammers home the point. Very funny. And thought provoking.
I'm off to relax now with a warm bath and scented candles. Because I'm worth it.

An interesting parody
This book is set in a world where gender roles are reversed and adopts the tone of self-help books and columns in women's magazines from the 50s. It is quite witty and makes the point about gender roles and attitudes towards women in our world but it does get dreary after about an hour. It is well narrated but the style of the book is better suited to short vignettes interspersed with other items in say, a radio programme. In any case, worth listening to.

Far, far funnier in tweet form
These aphorisms come across far better in tweets where the irony really hits the spot and each point can be appreciated in isolation.
When read end to end they are unedifying, cloying and depressing.
it's a shame as the message is important and relevant.

Just don't take it to seriously!
Shallow but funny guide, that looks like a commercial from late 50ths. You will hear some good opinions, but most of the time just funny habits of a man who has it all.

Brilliant
This partly tongue in cheek, partly brilliant conscious raising exposure of the way women have been talked down to and abused by the patriarchy for eons. Using the spoof women’s magazine style this book will make you think and laugh at the same time. Brilliant.
