Publisher's Summary

Ireland's Gannington Manor has remained empty for years, and rumor has it that the mansion is haunted. There appears to be blood drips from the ceiling, and two men have been found dead within - both in the great entrance hall, neither displaying any signs of violence. Perhaps it is a prank, or perhaps something more sinister.

Psychic detective and ghost finder, Thomas Carnacki, recruits a group of strong men from the village - and their dogs - to accompany him during his investigation at Gannington Manor. Their mission is to spend the night in the mansion and see what occurs...

    "A Scobby Doo Like mystery."

A good little mystery. Spoilers if you haven't heard the audio, don't read the review. It started off as a scary haunted house story, but then it's proven that the hauntings we're caused by criminals. Very much like most of the ghosts in Scobby Doo are proven fakes. Carnacki is a good detective, ghosts or crooks he still solves the case. I wish it had been a haunted house, but I still liked the story.
