Summary
Max hat kein Glück beim Wettschießen. Der Gewinner soll Agathe, die schöne Tochter des Oberförsters, zur Frau bekommen. Max und Agathe sind ineinander verliebt, also muss Max treffen. Kaspar bietet ihm Hilfe an. Tief in der Nacht besuchen beide die sagenumwobene Wolfsschlucht. Dort wartet der dunkle Jäger Samiel. Er hat Freikugeln, die niemals Ihr Ziel verfehlen. Dafür will er die Seele von Max. Am Ende heiraten Agathe und Max ohne Zauberei, alles ist gut.

Webers bekannte Oper "Der Freischütz" wird mit großartigen Schauspielerstimmen, effektvollen Geräuschen und reichlich Original-Opern-Musik erzählt.
