Enchanting and timeless

An enchantingly narrated story about a clockmaker who discovers that he can 'play' with time after a visit from a mysterious old lady. After using for this magic for his own ends to make himself rich, he soon realises the error of his ways and instead uses his gift to help others. The narrator's voice will capture the imagination of little ones everywhere.

Chester at its best!

Would you consider the audio edition of The Little Big Clockmaker to be better than the print version?

I really enjoyed the print version of this book so I bought the audio version for my mother who is partially sighted - we both enjoyed listening to it, the narration was pitched perfectly and really complemented the story.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Egan Bagley is indeed a talented clockmaker and every time I look at the Eastgate Clock I think of him.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

This was certainly a book that you had to listen to in one sitting and we enjoyed it from start to finish.

Any additional comments?

Evelyn Winters is a very talented writer and Guy Veryzer did this story justice. I would love to listen to more from this very creative partnership
