An action-filled audio recording of The Lightning Thief, published to tie in with the release of the star-studded and eagerly awaited Percy Jackson film.
Look, I didn't want to be a half-blood. I never asked to be the son of a Greek god. I was just a normal kid, going to school, playing basketball, skateboarding. The usual. Until I accidentally vaporized my maths teacher. That's when things started really going wrong. Now I spend my time fighting with swords, battling monsters with my friends and generally trying to stay alive.
This is the one where Zeus, God of the Sky, thinks I've stolen his lightning bolt - and making Zeus angry is a very bad idea . . .

We were really excited for this book, but the narrators voice was nauseating! Couldn't get past the first 20 minutes. Very disappointing. Waste of money
A different narrator.
Love classic stories and anything with lots of great description and character development
Exciting, innovative, strong
The battle with the Minotaur is well written and the one part that is particularly well narrated
Whiney, irritating, urgent
Easily listened to in ine sitting if you have the time.
A great story unfortunately spoiled by a below standard narration.
