This brings back memories of when I was a child and I wanted my daughter to experience the many pleasures Enid Blyton books bring. She loves the audio and it has encouraged her to start reading for pleasure. Very pleased. The only thing with this audio is it is read like a theatre play so misses some descriptive words, however my daughter loves the style as she loves play acting.
My daughters enjoy listening to the St Clare's stories at bed time and I love the way they transport me back to my own childhood. Well presented and made more enjoyable by the fact there is a cast reading the books. Loved it so much, I bought a 2nd St Clares title both of which are enjoyed time after time.
Yes, I would. It's great.
Bobby - the spirited tomboy, Pat and Isabel. The narrator's lovely voice.
