Every business person...no....every person should read this book. It has so many great examples of how to put these ideas into practice that it makes it so easy! I was using the techniques before I even finished the book and already getting great results and making other peoples day better.
"There Isn't Much Past The Title"
The book is basically 2 hours of stories justifying the title. Good idea and I do agree with it, but an entire book seemed like too much for me. There just wasn't enough value added.
Nope. Like I said the idea was solid and I like leadership books very much.
Mark Deacons is the best narrator around.
It was short so I didn't have to endure too much
Really recommend this book...very helpful..I definitely related to this book in many occasions. The title itself says it all.
"Boy I needed that!"
After reading/listening to the book, I thought to myself, "boy I sure needed that" very good book to read
"Read This Book to Lead"
Yes, this book is really nice, helps a person to be a good Leader. Yet, i liked the facts that has been explained by the author of how a person has to be a good Leader. " Leadership is about Influencing others and changing the world around them " stated by the author , which i ought to learn it, because of which i wish to listen & learn those small things to follow it up.
The best part i wished in this book is - Leadership is not about owning Titles and Leadership is not meant only to those who owns Titles. Rather a good Leader should influence others and to change the world around them.
Yes ! One, when the author explained about what exactly Leadership is, what exactly a leader should have, in a chapter he stated about Leadership as "No Matter who a person is / what a person is / what the title he/she holds - where everyone anywhere, anyplace can Lead ". Second, don't expect titles to be a Leader / to Lead.
"Short and to the point"
The simple ideas were easy to digest and apply to my own life and career, as well as for my 17 year old to grasp. We listened to it together.
Professionalism in his voice and a sense of calmness.
It was rather short to be an audiobook, I thought. It was almost a podcast in length.
