A classic
I enjoyed this audiobook tremendously. Definitely recommend. Some of the concepts he mentions now have a neuroscience or evolutionary biology grounding although that cannot be said for all that he mentions.

Still holds true today
Although dated the information in this book still holds true today. I have listened to the whole book 3 times now and will most definitely listen to it many more times and utilise the exercises.
