Great for first time managers
Having recently being given a team to manage but not given any management training I was looking for resources to help me but wanted simple and concise guidance which is exactly what this books gives. I highly recommend and am looking forward to implementing in my life.

Very useful techniques but not a great story.
Some great techniques on how to manage people in the modern workplace. wrapped in a poor story. Very worthwhile though.

Concise, helpful, somewhat condescending tone of voice
It's worth getting past the condescending style of the narrative to access the gems within. In just 90 minutes you access a clear 3-part structure that's easy to remember and simple to action to become a better manager and leader.
