This book is " eye opening ", will help going forward on looking in a different way when setting goals and help focusing my mind. methods that will be good to implement on my day to day work environment

The whole book is basically burried under a condescending fictional story thats used to try and get the message across.
You will soon start to hate the characters and the constant statement "He's quite a guy isnt he?"
Basically sounds likes the lead character is having a physical relationship with his fictional staff.
If you have to base your theory on a fictional story/business/people and world without using evidence based conclusions then this belongs in a childs book shop!
Just write a summary of your theory and where its worked and be done with it.
irritating stories, badly updated from the original and just lacks really good advice for the 21st century. I planned sharing with my staff when I purchased this, but after listening to it I will have to find something that is much more helpful for the modern day.
