"Serious food for thought, but more so for action"
The End of Jobs by Taylor Pearson, brings to light the risks of staying the course of the status quo, when it comes to traditional jobs, while encouraging less is more when it comes to true freedom and fulfillment. As always, one will find some bones to spit out, but there was plenty of meat for actionable thought nourishment.
This was a great book. Useful information headed out in a logical way. However, most importantly, is has moved me to take action. I am inspired, and I now know that now is the time. Thanks.

"Taylor drives the point home!"
Wonderful and easy read. Very inspiring for the wannabe entrepreneur or those that are lost in their career or job. Taylor does a fantastic job explaining the how and why on entrepreneurship through short anecdotes, historical reference, and hard math. Taylor's enthusiasm shines through his words.
"Open your mind to a new world."
Taylor does a great job of touching on many factors from the past and the present that are shaping the way work will look in the future. If you want to remain relevant in the future, make the most of your present and break old habits of the past...this is a must read. Thank you Taylor for writing this. Although I look from
a different perspective on the thoughts and books you mentioned, the parallels in our work are uncanny. Looking forward to more from you!

"a nice surprise"
this book was a breath of fresh air to the career management industry. That's someone that's been in the industry for over 20 years it's good to see that a young fresh thinker can bring so many novel insights to the world. I particularly enjoyed and bring forth the fourth economy information the idea of Leverage points. his introduction to the entrepreneurial way of the future seems Dead on and not with too much over overconfidence
Full of practical advice, reinforcing some ideas and providing new ones. I really liked the 90 days planning idea. The philosophy behind the end of jobs concept is really good and convincing. The out of script parts very valuable
"Very thought provoking and inspiring"
As a 28 year old college educated person with a great job, I think I really needed the perspective this book delivered. My parents' generation operated very well by going to college, finding jobs, and turning those jobs into well paying careers. I have so far followed that path as well, but as I watch the Millenial generation struggle to find jobs around me, I can see that the model is breaking down and I'm just lucky. The End of Jobs makes more sense of this trend. College degrees are less valuable as education becomes more easily attainable and jobs are being replaced by automation, outsourcing, and software. So what is there to do? That is what Taylor Pearson wrote this book to explain. Entrepreneurship is no longer a risky endeavor. In fact it is becoming less risky than taking a traditional job. If our generation is to succeed financially and ever have a hope of paying off our student loans, let alone attaining wealth, we will need to be more entrepreneurial. Fortunately, in doing so, we can find more meaning and enjoyment in our work along with more money.
