This book applies to everyone because it addresses how to lead people from above, below, and next to you. It's a very holistic approach to managing people like your boss, your co-workers, and your underlings. Read it and you'll be more effective.
"Leaders will want their employees to read this"
This book has some great material within. I have read a number of books about leadership over the past couple of years, and I believe this one to have a lot of the important material from each placed into one book. In addition, this book gives good tips on how to work with other ambitious people and still succeed, as well as how to really help your superiors in a way that helps you and your organization. This book is great for anyone who wants to succeed as a professional

This is an excellent work and needs to be must reading for every middle manager that wants to succeed. Also excellent for front line staff that have views of getting into management.
"Are you Kidding?"
This is the best of John Maxwell! The best leadership book in 10 Years. Very well read. Must buy for any serious leader.
"A leadership must-read."
A clear, concise explanation of leadership qualities that anyone desiring to lead should have a firm grasp on.
"A Most Have for every leader or regular employee!"
The book was amazing!Highly recommended to anyone who wants to become a better leader. AAAAAA+++++
"Good overview, but light on techniques."
Maxwell is always entertaining and thought provoking. However, I find his works to be light on actual techniques, and this abridged edition is especially so. It's good for a reminder, though.
"easy read with tons of value!"
A must for any leader who is looking to improve and create value to their organization and relationships.
