    lack of original content, the very poor narration, I suspect the author has very little experience of real-world tele-sales

    "complete waste of 30 minutes"

    couldn't make it thru a sentence without stttuddeerring horrible. I can't believe that amazon even offers this book never mind feeling it's ok to basically rip off the customer [me] by charging them for this pathetic excuse for an audio book.
