    "OK but just a general sales book"

    Title misleading for this book was more about general sales than selling on the phone and online. Not a lot new but an OK refresher. The reviews on Amazon are obviously by her fans

    "Holy crap I fell asleep"
    What would have made Smart Selling on the Phone and Online better?

    Nothing wrong with selling over the phone but this book was very hard to finish. Some good points but very niche.

    "Excellent Content"

    I'm giving this 5 stars for the excellent content on this audio book. I'll be picking up the book for further study, there's just too much info to pick up solely from the audio version.

    The author should have used a professional for the audio version, as her reading style is not her strength and it was distracting.

    Regardless, the content was still outstanding and warrants 5 stars.

    Definitely worthwhile for anyone who sells.

    "I've Only Got 4 Minutes"

    I just started this book. The first 30 minutes is an overview of the entire book.... This better pick up quickly.
