"Solid book – but I'm too small to be a "smallbiz""
This is a solid, helpful book – Sadly I'm just too small an operation to be considered a small business. The author states they wrote the book for small businesses – sized $2m to $50 million annual turnover. So they talk a lot about "the organization" in ways that make it obvious the book's not written for entrepreneurs.
That's my mistake – I, albeit wrongly, have a hard time considering a $25 business "small".
So it wasn't for me – but if you're a leader in a larger... ahem... small business... it may be a good read!
It seems like Tim Cook is the Integrator that Steve Jobs needed. Steve Jobs clearly having been a Visionary, it's interesting to see Apple now being led by the Integrator – where's their Visionary? They should have kept Scott Forstall :)
