The techniques were good but so out of date with how we now do business

I liked the gentle soothing voice. Some of the training is still golden. However the techniques have moved on now. We now want our customers to be empowered to make their own decisions without unconscious bias.

Fantastic and easy to understand

I love the way Brian teaches complex issues in a simplistic manner. A must reader.

Awful. Just.... Awful.

Where do I begin? The narrator sounded like he was eating breakfast while reading. The book offered precisely zero inspiration and zero original material.

Did I learn anything? Well to be fair, I guess I learnt to not waste my time on this audiobook, but the lesson came too late.

Disappointing

This book takes on way too wide a scope to be able to offer anything meaningful or useful on the subject of negotiation. The examples used are synthetic and spurious and don't really stand up to 'real life' scenarios. I'm sorry but I thought this was generally a poor effort by the author (whose reading voice, I have never liked)!
