This is a good and concise refresher on getting the most from yourself, albeit using common sense as its basis. Putting into practice will be harder.
It had some great ideas. One concern however is that there seems to be some corporate brainwashing involved. Particularly when getting employees to rewrite their story about a situation. In short it suggests that employees should lie to themselves for corporate gain. The other concern is that the entire focus is on improving employees financial productivity, it feels like the corporations only care about employee wellbeing if it correlates with higher profits which isn't always a bad thing, however this has a darker side! This also aligns with a parallel concern I have regarding using mindfulness (McMindfulness?) to make employees more resilient and therefore more profitable!

An anecdotal information, where's the actual program we can use? Nice ideas but Lacking substance.

There are some great insights however not necessarily worth the money. I'm sure there's a free Ted Talk with the same points out there somewhere
