    Im going to try the first one - as that was the one I meant to buy

    "The customer pays for hearing publicity"
    Would you say that listening to this book was time well-spent? Why or why not?

    It had some interesting things but all in all it sounded like they were selling me on buying Starbucks and not explaining how to imitate.


    Would you ever listen to anything by Joseph A. Michelli again?
