Timeless advice

Brilliant book!
I originally bought this book to read, but since I do not go by bus/train to work any more, the book I only read the introduction to is now gathering dust on my shelf. I am really glad that I bought this on Audible. Dale Carnegie is still inspirational today as he was over 70 years ago. I have caught myself using some of his techniques and have found it really useful. I will definitely have a listen to it again - you don't get everything the first time round...

Love it
I liked the stories and the nostalgia of when the book was originally written and the lessons taught throughout the entire book. What I would like to see is a more up to date version with the same principles being taught. That aside the only reason you know about the success in the stories is because the people continued to use the principles they showed.

This is my church
No single piece of work has changed my approach as deeply or drawn attention to my personal flaws as much as this. I cannot recommend this book enough.
I had thought myself to be quite the diplomat until I heard the points discussed here. How wrong I was.
It is wonderfully narrated and a pleasure to listen to. Just wait until you're two thirds through and you realise he uses the exact same techniques he suggests in the very book you're listening to. Sneaky badger!

Gives Best ideas to deal with people
I WISH IF I HAD READ THIS BOOK LONG AGO AND APPLIED ALL THE PRINCIPLES.
A WONDERFUL GUIDE BOOK FOR ESPECIALLY THOSE WHO ARE SHORT TEMPERED AND AND STRUGGLE TO DEAL WITH ALL SORT OF PEOPLE IN DAILY LIFE.

EVERYONE should read this book!
This book has changed my whole perspective on communication and interacting with other people. I have taken notes and will continue to revisit them for as long as I want to build great relationships :)

I felt it was mostly like an ads for the classes he leads! all the examples had positive feedback while in reallity could be different which I am more concern about those ocasions
