    Gutted I didn't read this 20 years ago

    I tried to read this as a book 20 years ago, I am not much of a reader and I gave up and it collected dust. It is a bit dated but can still be applied to everything in life, how to treat staff, how to talk to kids, any type of contact you have with people.
    This should be a must read (or listen) in schools and colleges and anyone going out to work or starting a business.
    In those 20 years I have had 2 x kids and have started my own business and I would 100% have done it all very differently if I had listened to this.
    A must listen!

    Really worth a listen

    As a newbie to audio books I was lucky to choose this as my first book. The content is great, easy to grasp and still relevant (given how old the book is). The narrator is fantastic - like a grandad recounting a life lesson , if he happens to be a Southern gentleman, and greatly enhanced the listening experience. Definitely recommended.

    A must listen for anyone in the world of work!

    Absolutely astonishing. I wish I listened to this sooner. My girlfriend recommended it as it helped her tenfold at work with dealing with particular people, and dealing with everyday people (even me!) learnt so much and have been applying the knowledge learnt at work. A must listen.

    Interesting and enjoyable

    This ranks as one of the good audiobooks I listened to so far.

    There are some interesting anecdotes in this book. Some are a bit dated, which is not too surprising, but enjoyable nonetheless.
