Most influential book I've read in my life
How lovely to discover that ideas about working with people, ideas that have helped, protected, and excelled me in life, were actually formed in my youth upon reading this book back then. Listening to it now brought back to mind many invaluable life lessons.
You might already be someone who understands the value of knowing how to work with people. You will find plenty to agree with in this book.
Immeasurably useful for any person in any walk of life who needs to ever deal with people.

I really captivating book
I loved this book. I found the summary section of each chapter really allowed me to focus on the purpose of that section. the book provides the reader with suggestions for improved relationships not simply a bag of tricks to get your own way.

A game changer
Wow, I don’t think I have ever enjoyed a book as much. It helped me look at myself in greater detail, and there is much room for improvement!! Thank you Dale for a super book. It was beautifully narrated by Andrew ... a joy to listen to. I will read this book again, and would highly recommend it to all.

Content great, narrator a little drab
The books content is verified and praised by many, much more esteemed than I. No one can dispute the value of the content, which in my opinion is just as valid today as it was when the book was released all those years ago. The only draw back, the narrator takes a lot of getting used to, but this is a small gripe & personal preferance. The next review could just as well counter this entirely. Over all, still a must read/listen.

some decent tips well explained
i found a few descents tips well explained and the reader presented it well but by crikey those royal trumpet blasts are frustratingly annoying. The trumpets gives the feel of a cheap corporate video rather than the informative educational tool that it really is.
