A good listen
Although the book is quite old, the techniques explained in this audio book are very easy to use and some of them are just common sense that we would normally use in our every day life but some how we don't . The book sometimes repeats it's self in places, but this could be to reinforce some of the principals raised in the book. It is well laid out and easy to understand. I'm going to listen to it again just to take in the principals more deeply. The book is narrated well and I would recommend getting this book.

voiceover was painful
Content was good but I actually had to force myself to finish the book, the reader was that bad. Seemed to almost announce everything he was saying and at times I felt it difficult to even pay attention.
