Great and useful information. Really the best book on Kindle publishing I've read. Author reads and is very wooden but he speaks clearly and knows his subject. I recommend buying the kindle book as well and highlighting as he reads. A complete blueprint. Thank you Glenn.
"Good information, Author has great testimony"
My husband and some family have been incarcerated and they're proof that rehabilitation can happen. And there can be a life after prison. Thank you for sharing your knowledge for being successful in self publishing.
"Glad I bought it."
I already have a book in print but have not been making many sales. The information that I learned by listening to this book and courage me to finish getting my book set up on Kindle, and inspired me to create my own audiobook. I found his reading to be a little bit clunky but the information was well worth listening to. I know that I will listen to this again so that I can gain more tips from it.
"Good information. Terrible reading."
People who are not bothered by his vocal/delivery style may do just fine.
This is good information on producing a Kindle book, but Mr. Langohr needs to stick to writing, not reading aloud. His halting two or three words at a time delivery is crazy making. His nasal delivery is not pleasant. The recording quality is so so (acoustics). I admire his enthusiasm and the information is good, but the delivery is not good. He needs to hire a voice artist and spend his time writing books.
A lot of the religious stuff.
He occasionally pronounces words wrong. Dostoevsky comes to mind.
"Thanks Glenn, for the insight."
I learned a lot with Glenn's research. Had I gonna at it on my own, it would have taken way longer to see results.
"Surprised to say I liked it."
Don't let the short length and author-narrator's nasal voice throw you. This little book is packed with useful information. I will listen again.
"Short but sweet. Good primer for beginners."
Ive been thinking alot about writing short kindle books. I decided to buy several short books on the topic to get a good working knowledge to start taking action from. This book jams alot of good tips into a few hours.
Opened my eyes to a lot of things I never thought about in terms of writing and selling books.
"Excellent! Chock full of practical tips"
This is a short but rich guide to self publishing. It is very practical and straight forward and a great value for the money. Worth every listening minute!
"Fact-filled and to the point."
After starting this book it didn't take long to realize it was going to deliver. Many books in this category are vague, outmoded or are simply humble brags and money grabs.
Not this book, however. While listening I was jotting down notes and could barely keep up as the info was coming at me so quickly. That is a good thing!
The author condenses his experience and knowledge into an easy to grasp, easy to do system that I will be using. His personal story is also positive and inspiring, as you will see. Highly recommended!
