"it's good and read it"
I Like the book and the good about it that the author not asking to sign up in any services. The book simple go over the foreclosure techniques and how you could deal with the lender. But still I need more details. Also, the book gives good internet references to start your own search
"All In One"
I absolutely loved it! I've learned months maybe even years of knowledge about real estate in just weeks.
"REO Investing How To Handbook"
Detailed instructions on what to do and not to do in this market. I loved how it kept my attention from start to finish and helped me define what it is about this market that I'm looking for.
Candid examples of what went wrong for him and what will get me overlooked in the market by other professionals.
Dennis Holland made the book come to life. The author seems to be speaking right to me in the way he reads. Like a mentor sharing tricks of the trade with a friend.
The author was so open and honest with information. He's not asking you to do anything, only guides the reader to understand the different aspects of REO investing and helped me to understand what it is that I am looking for in the market. Exactly how to start with dos and don'ts. So full of information that I'm buying the book for a reference.
For anyone even thinking of looking at REO investing.
"Some Value in the Book"
Yes, if you have ever attempted to buy a bank owned property it can be lengthy and a difficult process. This book has some great suggestions that I believe will allow for purchasing bank owned properties with relative ease.
Yes it could be made into a TV series.
I loved this book. It provided step by step details not like other books that just give general information. If you want to become an REO investor this book is a must read.
This one's a keeper. This. is a wholesale book that delivers nicely, it also has some non wholesaling bonuses, so don't think twice about this one
