I have a problem with call reluctance in my sakes business and this has some great ideas, techniques, and exercises i found very helpful. A very different perspective too regarding calling than you hear from most sales coaches and trainers.

I like Sid's comments about using the resources from NLP and I found it quite refreshing how he reset your mind to focus on the spiritual holistic aspect of your why and your purpose for selling as a solution to help prospects and thus yourself. this high-integrity approach is what I was looking for.
