"Mostly non-actionable unenlightening anecdotes"
The chapter on Agile Emotional Intelligence was the only chapter worth listening to.
The male narrator was nauseating and I found him unbearable to listen to.

the book replicates articles from other hbs must read collection as the ones on communication and managing yourself. paid twice for the same content.
This book is mainly about team EQ and group interactions, with a little touch on personal development. The content is too theoretical with minimal useful guidance in my view.

Good articles. Great research. The beauty of listening to these article groups is the boring ones one can mentally switch off a bit.
